How Long Will My Order Take?
Every Northfare item is printed specifically for you after you order, so please allow a little extra time compared to shopping from a warehouse. Here’s the honest breakdown:
Production time
- Most items: 2–6 business days
- All-over-print items (e.g., Hawaiian-style shirts): typically on the higher end of that range, around 4–6 business days
Shipping time (after production)
- United States: approximately 4–7 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: approximately 3–10 business days depending on destination
- Rest of world: approximately 10–25 business days
Estimated total delivery time
- US customers: roughly 6–13 business days from order to delivery
- UK/EU customers: roughly 5–16 business days from order to delivery
These are estimates, not guarantees — carrier delays, customs (for international orders), and high-demand seasons (holidays) can extend timelines.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours after shipment for tracking to activate.
International Orders & Customs
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their country. These are not included in your order total and are collected by the carrier or local customs office upon delivery.
Multiple Items in One Order
If your order includes items from different product categories, they may ship separately and arrive on different days — you’ll receive tracking for each shipment.
